Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled tour receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations within 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the tour receive a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as monument closures due to government orders or extreme weather conditions, we offer the option to reschedule your tour or receive a full refund. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Special refund terms may apply to customized tours or group bookings, which will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
For tours affected by monument closures on specific days (such as Taj Mahal being closed on Fridays), we will notify you in advance and offer alternative arrangements. If no suitable alternative is available, a full refund will be provided.
In the rare event of a tour cancellation by Network Travel Solutions due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative tour of equal value based on your preference.
